Same Day Delivery
SameDay service provides a fast response of truck, van, and motorcycle couriers, for urgent and important consignments, when delivery is required on the same working day during office hours. Customers will typically pre-book these couriers, or call and book a courier in the morning. We'll respond within 30 minutes of a confirmed telephone or web booking, collect the goods and delivery will then be made by the end of the working day.
If a SameDay booking is requested late in the day then we can still collect the consignment and arrange for delivery the following morning, using our own SameDay courier.
Same Day offers a cost-effective alternative to Overnight Parcel or Pallet delivery, when delivery needs to be guaranteed and is time-sensitive. It's most suitable for important, unique, or larger heavier consignments that need prompt supervised delivery. SameDay can often represent a best value option, particularly for larger or heavier consignments heading to just one or two regional destinations.
SameDay is typically selected for delivery of printed matter and manufactured goods; product samples and promotional material; parts and components. It's a safe option when effective packaging might be harder to achieve due to awkward shape or size. The goods might be fragile and require that little bit of extra care and attention that a Sameday courier driver can provide. This service is also backed by the reassurance of greater levels of Goods In Transit insurance cover, up to $10,000.
Urgent Dedicated Service
Our Dedicated and Premier Service provides an immediate 24/7 response "on demand" to the most urgent and important delivery needs; collection within 30 minutes of
a confirmed booking; GPS-tracked direct delivery; and an immediate real time automated Proof of Delivery sent to a mobile or e-mail address; all backed by the very
highest inclusive levels of Goods In Transit insurance cover, up to $20,000.
Dedicated service is typically used for confidential documents, tenders and contracts; unique and high value consignments with strict deadlines that may need to reach clients or delegates within hotels, exhibitions, or meetings. Customers will often send urgent spares for a production line, perhaps for waiting engineers; point of sale material for fitters on site; promotional material to for a product launch; reports for meetings; laptops and tablets for presentations; or product deliveries that require a specific unmisable 'booking in' time at the destination.
